MBES Box Tops REWARDS Contest CHALLENGE FOR 2014-2015
This year we will run mini Box Tops contests to help generate more fun & more CASH
for MBES. Several brands/products offer options to help our school, and we encourage
you to send the “other” contest clippings to the mailbox at the front of MBES.
BUT NOW you should KEEP your Box Tops & use the attached form to help your class to win
extra prizes! (hint… we will have several challenges coming – lots of chances to win. ☺ )
The first BOX TOPS Challenge contest begins in September and runs thru October 22.
OUR GOALS:
• Raise more than $2,250 in FREE money for MBES this school year via Box Tops
• 100% participation with our kids –even just 1 coupon counts– (but we know you can find more)
• Did you know…If each student brings in 100 box tops this year, our school would earn $4,190?!
WHAT TO CLIP & SAVE/ HOW IT WORKS:
• Keep clipping all Campbell’s & Coke Rewards – put them in mailbox outside the front office
• Clip all Box Tops For Education certificates & bonus certificates
o Each valid/Unexpired box top is worth 1 point & bonus coupons are more
• Attach your Box Tops on the supplied sheets: 25 per page. INCLUDE your Teacher’s name
• Ask family, friends, coworkers, neighbors to clip & save for you -- check their recycling too!
• The class with the most Box Tops during each contest period will win a prize.
• There will be fun surprises & along the way! ☺
SUBMIT YOUR BOX TOPS ON NEW FORMS- WITH 25 PER SHEET:
• Check to make sure all certificates are clipped carefully & show valid dates.
• You don’t have to be perfect- but DATES MUST SHOW
• Glue or tape the collected items on a Box Tops Collection Sheet
• Make sure your teacher’s name is on the sheet
• Put it in the Box tops folder in your classroom
• Choose a Class Inspector or team to double check and make sure it’s correct
• Keep forms in your class - a Box Tops Collection team will pick them up.
Watch the Box Tops contest chart posted near the office to see how your class is doing and what
upcoming prizes will be given away.
Box Tops For Education is one of the easiest ways to help our school. Box Tops become cash to use
where we need it at MBES vs. the other programs that give “points” to use in a catalog. Watch for Box
Tops on paper products, office supplies, meals, snacks, and even on refrigerated, dairy & frozen items.
Thank you in advance for helping—every box top is equal to 10 cents!

may already use for extra points too. At MBES only 75 of our parents are registered here…
FIND. CLIP. RESCUE. PASTE. SAVE. SUBMIT. WIN!
